Golden Book 2020

On the morning of August 24, 2020, in Hanoi, the Ceremony to announce the Vietnam Golden Book of Creativity 2020.

Attending were Mr. Tran Quoc Vuong – Politburo member, Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat; Comrade Tran Thanh Man – Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Prof. Dr. Dang Vu Minh – Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, representatives of leaders of the Party, Government, ministries and representatives of 75 authors were honored in the Vietnam Golden Book of Innovation 2020.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nghiem Vu Khai – President of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations highly appreciated the selected works. According to him, this is the quintessence of science and technology of the country, it is necessary to continue to promote the application and replication of production models.

Vinh Long SPKT University with the project “Automatic irrigation control system” researched and implemented by a group of lecturers Phan Anh Cang, Truong Van Xa, Le Thi Hanh Hien, Tran Phan An Truong, and Nguyen Ngoc Phuong Trang. was honored to be named in the Vietnam Golden Book of Innovation 2020. With high applicability, integration of automatic garden control technology, monitoring of environmental indicators via mobile devices, thereby reducing labor load. people’s activities, improve productivity and effectively serve high-tech agriculture in the Mekong Delta region in particular and the country in general.

In 2020, there are a total of 157 scientific and technological projects and creative solutions submitted by 50 ministries, branches, provinces and cities, of which there are 11 ministries, departments, branches and member organizations of the Front and members of the Front. 39/63 provinces and cities introduced and recommended. Among them, there are 119/157 works and solutions to ensure compliance with regulations, criteria and dossiers of application for selection of the Creative Yellow Book dated April 15, 2020 of the Editorial Board of the Vietnam Creative Yellow Book. . On the afternoon of August 17, 2020, the Council conducted a secret vote and voted for 75 works to be named in the Vietnam Golden Book of Creativity in 2020. The works were recognized and honored in the Golden Book of Creativity. Vietnam belongs to many priority areas for development, including: mechanical automation, high-tech agriculture, biotechnology, information technology, health, education, energy, response to climate change post, defense and security.

The Vietnam Innovation Yellow Book aims to propagate and celebrate innovations in the fields of science and technology; affirming the creative capacity of Vietnamese people at home and abroad in economic development, national construction and defense in order to encourage and arouse patriotism and intelligence of Vietnamese people to emulate creativity, contributing to the formation of creative culture of Vietnamese people in the current period. From there, mobilize, encourage and support agencies, units, organizations, enterprises and people of all walks of life to emulate and study, strongly respond to creative activities, take initiatives, participate in research scientific research and technological development in all fields in order to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and international integration.
